Encouraging Young Artists

As a group the aim of the OpenArts Inc is: "to promote, encourage and develop creative art and artists of the Otago Peninsula". This includes young artists, and we aim to support them specifically with our Youth Exhibition that shows alongside our annual "Now That's Different" Exhibition.

Our Youth exhibition encourages entrants with a connection to the Otago Peninsula to showcase their art alongside our regular exhibiting artists as part of an established show that is open to the public for viewing. It is our aim to support these young artists as they explore their passion.
