Framing and Presentation Guidelines
As part of our ethos to encourage and develop creative art on the Peninsula, we have endeavoured to provide our members with some guidance around the presentation of their art. Not only do these guidelines help to ensure "professionally" presented works, but they also make hanging exhibitions a great deal easier!
Exhibition Entries
When entering artworks for exhibitions we ask that they are presented professionally and ready for exhibition:
i) D-rings must be attached no lower than 7.5cm from the top on the back of items. Very small works require D rings at least 4cm from the top. NO eyelets.
ii) ‘Swing tags’ must be attached to back of works - with name, address, artist, title, media, selling price. Tag cords need to be long enough to flip over the top of work to assist for checking
when setting up.
iii) Work must be dry
